Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• the service has been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal, or

• the digital content is delivered immediately with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and accessing the services or content, you agree to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal where applicable.

Personalized and digital services

Due to the personalized and digital nature of mentoring services and digital products, refunds are not available once the service has started or the content has been accessed, unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund past payments.

Billing errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact me within 7 days so I can investigate and correct it if necessary.

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
