About Me

Hi, I’m Tamara and I build meaningful solutions by deeply understanding people, their needs, and their challenges.

I grew up in a family where architects, engineers, and artists were part of everyday life, so creativity and problem-solving were never distant or idealized — they were simply a natural way of thinking and working.

As a child, I spent hours observing, sketching, rearranging, and imagining how spaces, systems, and experiences could influence how people feel.

I didn’t yet have the language for it, but I was already deeply listening to people and their environments.

That ability to listen, understand, and translate ideas into meaningful outcomes eventually became my profession.

Education

I studied Communication & Product Design at ISIA Florence, and later continued my journey in Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano.

Those years gave me structure, method, and discipline — the foundations of my practice.

Yet, at the same time, they revealed something deeper:

that design is not only made of lines, drawings, and plans, but of people, conversations, and decisions.

It was this realization that led me beyond traditional design education.

Alongside my studies, I trained in Sales & Marketing Strategies and cultivated a lasting interest in psychology and philosophy, seeking to understand how people think, choose, and build confidence in themselves.

Over time, these paths merged into one clear conviction:

to truly design spaces, one must first understand the human mind. Because the way we inhabit space is always shaped by how we feel, think, and relate to the world around us.

Work

I built my professional experience in Milan, working in one of Europe’s most demanding and design-driven environments — while collaborating on projects and with clients at an international level.

Over the past 10+ years I’ve worked on more than 100 projects across Europe and in international contexts.

I worked as an Interior Designer, a Project Manager, and in Sales.
I collaborated with private clients, multidisciplinary teams, and global brands.
I led trainings for designers and worked inside multinational companies.

This work taught me rigor and responsibility.

It also showed me something essential:

How often women, even capable, prepared women, end up carrying more pressure than support.

How my work shifted

At some point I realized I wanted to work closer to people.

Not to push them to do more.

But to help them feel steadier in what they are already capable of.

So my work gradually shifted from projects alone to people as well.

I began integrating Strategy, Positioning, Communication, and Sales — not as performance tools, but as ways to help women gain clarity and self-trust in their professional lives.

What I do today

Today I work with women in interior design who want to:

  • feel more confident in their decisions

  • position themselves with clarity

  • build careers that feel aligned and sustainable

  • stop proving and start standing

I don’t motivate.
I don’t perform empowerment.
I don’t push.

I do not teach Interior Design,

I help women become Interior Designers.

I share the hard-earned knowledge of my journey to make their path clearer, stronger, and more intentional than it appears.

What I believe

I believe a woman who trusts herself works differently.
She speaks differently.
She moves differently.

Design is not only what we create outside.
It is also how we shape ourselves inside.

If you’re here

If you are a woman in interior design who wants to work, live, and choose from a deeper place — you’re welcome here.
