Interior Design
  Mentorship Program for Women

For women at the beginning of their journey, feeling stuck, or navigating a transition into interior design — and wanting to build solid, long-lasting foundations.

Why you're here

You may feel unsure about your direction.

You might have studied interior design, be working in the field, or feel deeply drawn to it — yet still feel confused, blocked, or misaligned.

You’re not necessarily looking for more information.
You’re looking for clarity, grounding, and a way to move forward without feeling lost or behind.

About the Mentorship

This is a 3-month 1:1 mentorship for women in interior design who feel uncertain, stuck, or in transition.

It is not a technical course, and it is not a step-by-step formula.

Over three months, we work on three levels — your design skills, your professional identity, and your inner confidence — so you can grow into a capable, grounded, and self-assured interior designer.

I don’t teach interior design.
I mentor women into becoming interior designers —

in how they think, decide, and show up professionally.

Who This Mentorship Is For

The mentorship follows a clear structure, while remaining flexible to your individual process.

Month 1

THE DESIGNER

(Building Competence)

  • We focus on how interior design actually works in the real world — beyond theory.

  • You learn how to think like a designer, how to approach a space, and how to structure your work in a clear and professional way.

Month 2

THE PROFESSIONAL (Career & Positioning)

  • We work on who you are as a professional and how you want to be seen in the industry.

  • You clarify your creative direction, your strengths, and how you communicate with clients and collaborators.

Month 3

THE WOMAN

(Mindset & Confidence)

  • We address self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the fear of being judged.

  • You learn to trust your intuition, your decisions, and your creative voice.

This mentorship doesn’t follow a fixed curriculum.
It follows your process.

What you gain from this program

By the end of the three months, you will:

What This Mentorship in NOT

  • a space where someone tells you exactly what to do

It is a reflective, guided process that requires presence, honesty, and responsibility.

€2,000

Access is by application only.
I work with a small number of women at a time.

How the Application Works

I work with a small number of women at a time to keep this mentorship focused and intentional.

For this reason, access to the 3-month 1:1 mentorship is by application only.

The process is simple:

Application

You’ll be asked a few questions about where you are in your interior design journey and what you’re looking for right now.

Review

I personally review every application to understand whether this mentorship is the right fit — both for you and for the type of work I offer.

Confirmation

If the mentorship feels aligned, you’ll receive a confirmation with next steps.
If it’s not the right moment or format, I’ll let you know and may suggest a

1:1 consultation instead.

This process is not about judging or selecting “the best”.
It’s about making sure this work is useful, grounded, and respectful of your time and energy.
