How it Works

To make sure the session is focused and useful, the process is simple and intentional.
Step 1 — Short intake form
You’ll be asked to fill out a short form sharing the topic you’d like to work on and a bit of context about your situation.
Step 2 — Calendar access
Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive access to the calendar to select an available time and complete the booking.
Step 3 — 1:1 consultation
We meet for a 60-minute private session, fully focused on your specific challenge.
